For all stages for menopause and beyond.
The focus will be on the ‘hot’ symptoms eg hot flushes, night sweats, irritability and rage. We will connect with each other over a Women’s Circle and homemade teas and snacks. Amazing things happen when women come together! There will be laughter, tears, and some more laughter as we share our experiences and discuss what has worked for us.
We will practice cooling and calming breathing techniques and meditations and a slow yoga sequence designed to cool the body.
You will leave feeling lighter and calmer than when you arrived, with tools to help you with this stage of life.
