For all stages for menopause and beyond.
The focus will be on re-emerging from winter (the menopause) into Second Spring. We will connect with each other over a Women’s Circle and homemade teas and snacks. Amazing things happen when women come together! There will be laughter, tears, and some more laughter as we share our experiences and discuss what has worked for us.
We will prepare for the coming of second spring by building muscle strength and bone density with a dynamic yoga session, to improve resilience and heart health. As the group will be small, the yoga will be tailored for the needs of each participant.
You will leave feeling lighter and calmer than when you arrived, with tools to help you with this stage of life.
