Coaching

Coaching programmes are available to support you as you transition through menopause. At this age and stage of our lives, we often have a lot going on, so this has been taken into account in the design. Within the online course, each element of content is 10 - 15 minutes per recording, user friendly to access and easy to incorporate into your schedule.

The content includes simple yoga poses which are accessible to all, breathing exercises, visualisations and meditations. They also cover lifestyle eg diet and sleep hygiene, as well as the most important element - mindset.

The coaching ensures that participants make progress with an accountability call that provides troubleshooting and extra support for anything that arises and is not included within the scope of the course. It also provides a ‘human contact’ element. There is a kick off call before the start of the course, one call at the end of each week, and a further integration call 4 weeks after the end of the course.
