Come join us in warm sunny India this January for a relaxing, detoxifying ayurvedic yoga retreat. We will collect you from the airport and take you to our guest house, where you will be welcomed with refreshments. The retreat is based in an untouched part of northern Kerala. The guest house accommodates a maximum of 6 people, so you will be well cared for.
We have an ayurvedic clinic on site, where our qualified ayurvedic doctor will create a bespoke treatment plan which includes massages to help you feel more at ease in your body, herbal steam baths to detoxify and diet to aid digestion and other health issues. Every day you will have 2 bespoke treatments.
Accommodation is in clean, comfortable ensuite rooms with fans and air con. The retreat includes 3 delicious organic vegetarian meals a day, sourced and prepared by a local farmer. Unlimited tea and coffee will be provided as well as drinking water and seasonal fruit juice. If you like South Indian food, you're in for a treat!
There will be daily yoga classes. We will tune into your needs as a group and offer classes covering hatha to mobilise, yin to ground, restorative to relax and nidra to help activate the body's natural healing mechanism. You will learn techniques to support you when you return home.
You will spend 2 weeks being pampered and purified, and leave feeling light, refreshed and restored. All this for an early bird price of £2,799* until 30th September (per person on a shared basis). Spaces are strictly limited, a £500 deposit secures your place, so get in contact. Don't miss out!
