Treat yourself to an afternoon of self care. The focus of this mini retreat will be on the autumn set of menopause symptoms - anxiety, irritability and overwhelm. The group will be small to ensure you get lots of individual attention.
We start with a Woman’s Circle where we connect and share over tea and snacks. We then learn how to use the breath and visualisation to calm the mind and mitigate symptoms such as anxiety and irritability.
We will soothe the central nervous system with a yoga practice to ground and calm the body, mind and emotions.
The mini retreat will take place at at a lovely yoga studio in North FInchley called Yoga Hook. There is free parking a 10 mins walk away and a pay and display car park 2 mins from the studio. The studio is fully equipped with yoga mats and props, but feel free to bring your own.
