Spring 2024 Schedule
I am increasing the number of Yoga classess which are available to all. Yoga, breathing practices and meditation are really helpful in reducing stress levels and encouraging a good night sleep. I do tend to focus on breathing in these classes, as this is also proven to calm the central nervous system and boost immunity. All classes suitable for all levels - I offer options for you to choose what is appropriate for the body you are in.
